I’ve got a long-haul mentality and know that success in ultramarathons takes time. That’s why coaching commitments together start at 6 months. I take a holistic approach to training and help keep you on a sustainable path for decades to come.

I am a dog mum and step-mum to three teenage boys so I understand the juggle. You want to make the most out of the precious time you do have. But that doesn’t mean you deserve any less from a coach or that you dreams are less worthy.
