30 MINUTES OF MONTHLY COACHING TIME ON ZOOM

Up to 30 minutes of Zoom coaching time everyone month on a schedule that suits you. I’ll follow up with clear actionable notes to share any resources and help keep you on track.

FORTNIGHTLY WORKOUT FEEDBACK ON TRAININGPEAKS

Every other week inside TrainingPeaks, I’ll review your key running workouts, answer any questions and provide feedback on how training is progressing towards your big goal.

  • Most of the women I support are limited by training time in some way and I understand that training can sometimes take a back seat.

    I’ll work with you closely to ensure we make every hour of your limited training time count.

  • The investment to join Lakeland Training Group is £100 /month for 10-months. I bill via PayPal subscription so you will be charged £100 each month and won't be required to pay in full.

  • DescriptiOnce we’ve had our discovery call and decided on a coaching start date, i’ll start with the onboarding process.

    You’ll receive an initial intake form and i’ll start set up of your training plan.

    You’ll typically receive your schedule in 2 week blocks and the sessions will be loaded into TrainingPeaks. When you complete the sessions, the data from you GPS watch will sync into TrainingPeaks.

    Feedback and analysis on training sessions are discussed on TrainingPeaks or in our monthly coaching sessions.on text goes here

  • I am not racing this year but plan to be there during race weekend to help cheer, crew and provide support to everyone inside the Lakeland Training Group.

  • There is no extra charge to join our Lakeland Training group if we are already working together through my 1:1 coaching programme.

  • I help female athletes train for their dream ultramarathon from the back to the front of the pack and everyone in between.

    It doesn’t matter at what stage or step you are in your running journey. Or how fast or slow you think you are.

    What matters to me is that you are willing to show up each day and do the work.

    And you’re committed to the long haul and want to be doing this for decades to come.
